1.將肋排切長條加蔥段、蕃茄、薑片、酒及適量水、鹽煮40分鐘。
2.將肋排取出放入平鍋內加上燒肉醬及洋蔥末或蒜末燒煮約5分鐘。
3.將高麗菜放入湯中煮滾即可。

1. 洗淨蕃茄,切成小塊。將木耳泡發至軟化,清洗干凈後切成適中 大小的塊。
2. 把切好的木耳放入沸水中煮沸,然後撇去浮沫,繼續煮 2-3 分 鐘,至木耳變軟。然後撇去浮沫,濾水。
3. 在鍋中放入適量的油,將蕃茄翻炒至蕃茄汁出來,然後加入梅漬 梅子醋、細砂糖、鹽、生抽,繼續翻炒均勻。 4. 加入煮好的木耳,快速翻炒均勻,讓木耳充分吸收醬汁。
5. 根據個人口味,可以加入一些香油,提升風味。
6. 裝盤即完成。
1. 將蛋打勻,加入少許醋、鹽,熱油鍋先炒蛋 。
2. 再加入番茄切丁,加鹽炒勻即可 。
將處理好的蔬菜放鍋內加入奶油、蒜末及50c.c水煮3分鐘加上起司片及鮮奶油再加熱2分鐘。
